The cost-sheet page now keeps the sheriff increase, county health reduction, and property-tax target in one view. All figures use annual full-implementation amounts.

Cressvale Concerned Citizens endorsed Nora and cited her infrastructure-before-growth rule, full funding for the sheriff request, and named sources for the property-tax target.
The group also asked for a clinic-and-outreach transition plan before the health reductions take effect. Nora agrees that clinic access, waits, outside-provider referrals, and remaining housing-related coordination should be measured and published.

Nora’s five answers: faster complete-permit decisions; capacity rules for major growth; a $2 million aggregate annual property-tax levy-and-revenue reduction; full sheriff funding through a county health reduction; and a road scorecard with clear municipal cost responsibility.
May 22 · Baselines corrected and restated
The health-services proposal starts from $12.6 million and ends at $9.8 million. The sheriff proposal starts from $18.4 million and ends at $20.2 million. The $2.8 million health reduction funds the $1.8 million sheriff increase and $1 million of the tax target.
Service changes remain part of the sheet: one clinic closure, reduced hours at two sites, ended county-funded mobile outreach, reduced coordination contracts, longer waits, and greater reliance on outside providers.

Nora stated the complete sheriff-versus-health budget choice and the intended use of each dollar. The campaign added a separate transition-measure section after residents asked how clinic access would be tracked.
